The primary goal of Capital Recycling is the reclamation, processing and re-use of concrete and other building materials. Traditionally these products were disposed of as rubbish, wasting time, money, resources and in today’s busy and expanding City of Perth - valuable landfill.

Beginning operation in 1996 as a drainage and earthmoving operation, Capital Earthmoving & Drainage soon moved into demolition work. From a number of years in this arena, the company was well positioned to recognise the significant amount of waste generated in the construction industry and the potential this waste had as a reusable commodity.

Our corporate philosophy is one of innovation, attention to detail and the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of concrete waste reclamation. Capital Recycling focuses on efficient materials processing. Today Capital Recycling produces a range of high quality, recycled products including crushed concrete road-base, track and drainage material as well as fill sand. On the service side, we offer selected building waste dumping facilities, on-site crushing and screening, selected building waste transportation and site remediation.
